Do you offer recurring commercial cleaning?

What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing is for durable surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses lower pressure and cleaning solutions for siding, stucco, trim, and delicate surfaces.
Do you clean window screens and tracks?
Yes. Screen cleaning, sill detail, and track attention can be included in the window cleaning scope. We confirm those details during the estimate.
Can you help with hard water stains on windows?
We can review sprinkler overspray and hard water spots before work starts. Some mineral staining may need extra restoration work or realistic expectations.
Do solar panels need cleaning in Colorado?
They can. Dust, pollen, ash, bird droppings, and hard water buildup can block sunlight and leave panels looking neglected.
Do you install critter guards for solar panels?
Yes. MG can install critter guards around solar panel edges to help discourage birds from nesting underneath and reduce future debris buildup.
Do you offer drone window cleaning or drone building cleaning?
Yes, for select commercial properties after a site review. MG checks access, surface, wind, water, overspray, and pedestrian conditions before recommending drone cleaning.
