Cost is the first question most buyers ask, so here are MG's published starting numbers, the factors that move them, and how to think about per pane, per visit, and per square foot pricing before you request a quote.
A starting price is the floor for a straightforward job, not a quote. Here is what each service starts at and what moves it.
Commonly starts around $200
Pane count, screens, tracks, height, access, and hard water can change the final scope. Interior and exterior glass, storefront windows, screens, sills, and tracks are all part of how the job is scoped.
Commonly starts around $200
Height, roofline access, downspout condition, tree coverage, and debris volume can change the final scope. Fall leaf buildup and storm debris add time.
Commonly starts around $187
Square footage, buildup, access, oil staining, and surface type can change the final scope. Driveways, sidewalks, patios, garage floors, and commercial entry areas all price differently.
Commonly starts around $281
Siding material, height, plant protection, buildup, and rinse access can change the final scope. Siding, stucco, painted surfaces, and trim need a lighter touch than concrete.
Commonly starts around $200
Array size, roof access, pitch, bird mess, hard water, and critter issues can change the final scope. Panels are cleaned with a careful, non-abrasive approach.
Priced after a review, no published starting number
Roof washing, critter guards, commercial exterior cleaning, and drone cleaning are quoted after MG reviews access, buildup, safety, surface condition, and photos. These jobs vary too much for an honest floor price.
Cleaning companies talk about price three different ways. Knowing which one you are hearing makes quotes easier to compare.
Residential window work is often described per window or per pane. More panes means more glass to wash, detail, and inspect, and screens and tracks add time on top of the glass itself. Tall or hard to reach panes cost more than ground floor panes because access takes longer.
Most MG residential jobs are scoped as one visit with a confirmed scope: the glass, surfaces, and add-ons agreed before the crew arrives. The starting prices above are per visit floors for a straightforward property. Bundling services into one visit is usually what moves a project into the $350 to $550 add-on range, or $800 to $1,000 or more for larger bundled work.
Commercial glass, concrete, and other large surfaces are often estimated by area. A bigger area can lower the cost per square foot while raising the total, because setup, access, and protection work still have to happen. Height and access matter as much as area: the same square footage costs more three stories up than at ground level.
Final pricing depends on the property, access, buildup, and confirmed scope. Start with a free estimate and MG will confirm the scope and the price before any work begins.
The Home Care Planner matches budget, property type, season, and problem areas into a recommended priority list before MG confirms the final estimate.
